In 2016, Kaart transformed a vacant government building on Grand Junction's Main Street into a vibrant hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. The renovation focused on modernizing systems in the building — creating flexible office suites, shared coworking space, and community event facilities that attract and retain high-growth businesses in the region.
Today, 750 Main is home to Growl Agency, Alley Energy, 32 Waves, Alt Space Coworking, Andy's Barbershop, JFS, SkyPeak Technologies, and TUV SUD, amongst others — a thriving community of businesses driving western Colorado's economy forward.
