Kaart acquired a vacant government building in 2016 and began the design and remodel to provide modern office space to small businesses. The building contains 10+ growth stage businesses including coworking space, high speed internet, solar power, EV chargers, and an amazing community atmosphere.

Businesses include Growl Agency, Alley Energy, 32 Waves, Alt Space coworking, Andys Barbershop, Montana Tech Foundation and JFS.

734 is the newest office building in Grand Junction. With over 36,000 sqft of Class A office space, a rooftop patio and amazing views of the Grand Valley, the building is currently both the headquarters for Kaart and an office space for Aspen Technology Group.

Kaart undertook the design and construction of the building in 2019. Occupancy was accomplished in April 2021 and the building was fully leased by the end of 2021.

Overlooking Main Street and the Colorado National Monument, 702 Main is a landmark corner in Grand Junction anchoring the University to the Colorado River. It will be a six story mixed use building consisting of food markets and shops at street level and modern offices above.

Kaart is the lead developer on the project, utilizing the expertise of their planning division to fully understand the needs of the community for a new space for growth businesses and community events.
