Framed by panoramic views of the Grand Mesa and surrounding valleys, and designed for year-round recreation — Slopeside is mountain living reimagined.

Slopeside is embarking on its most ambitious chapter yet. A new collection of 24 modern mountain townhomes will rise at the base of Powderhorn Mountain Resort — built in four carefully planned phases to preserve the character of the landscape while delivering a community worthy of the setting.
Each residence offers 2–3 bedrooms designed for comfort year-round, with private garages to store gear for every adventure and private patios to take in the Grand Mesa views without leaving home. From morning coffee watching the first chair load to après-ski evenings on your own patio, every detail is crafted around the mountain lifestyle.

The classic restaurant features a generous outdoor patio adjacent to the Flat Top Flyer lift, a full commercial kitchen, wood-column dining room with ski slope views, and a private bar area. Space is available for lease. The restaurant will be open for the 2026/27 ski season and events throughout 2027.

Lodge
Fifteen individually styled rooms — from studio apartments to hotel-style suites — each designed for comfort after a day on the mountain. Accommodating 2–4 guests with queen beds, bunk beds, and lounge areas. Available nightly, weekly, monthly, or for the full season. Bookable through Expedia partner sites.

Skip the parking lot shuffle. Ski lockers with lift-side parking keep your gear warm, dry, and ready for first tracks. Annual passes available for season holders. All lockers for the 2025/26 season are currently rented — enquire early for 2026/27.
